Babington Soap Moisturizer With Antibacterial works to keep my hands clean and smooth. Unlike other hand sanitizers, this product does not leave my hands dried out but keeps them moist. The formula is plant-based, made of mushrooms. This moisturizer is Dermatologist approved to kill 99.9 % of germs. You can use it at home or the workplace or carry it around with you.       The moisturizer came with a cap on and the pump was separate. I had to take off the cap to put it in the pump.
